Die attach boat/frame feeding handler This machines takes boats from input magazine, headers from tray to feed a Muehlbauer die attach machine . The header are previously tested in go/no-go pin straightness and then marked by a Domino Ink-jet Marking before be transferred to the boats. The boats with good headers are then fed to the Die attach machine. It is possible to handle both TO3 standard and TO3 jumbo with related change-over software
